Bergamot

Description: Bergamot essential oil is known for its calming and uplifting aroma. It is often used to reduce feelings of stress and to promote a sense of well-being.

Directions for Use:

• • Aromatic: Add three to four drops to the diffuser of your choice.

  • Topical: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity.

  • Internal: Dilute one drop in 4 fluid ounces of liquid.

  • Cautions: Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight and UV rays for at least 12 hours after applying product.
