Ayurvedic Spring: Renewal, Cleanse, Awaken and Blossom

As the stillness of winter softens, spring invites us to breathe deeply and step into lightness. In Ayurveda, this season is a natural time to shed heaviness, clearing away what lingers so we can feel fresh, vibrant, and alive.

By lightening our diet with leafy greens, herbs, and warming spices, we awaken the liver and support gentle detoxification. Movement, too, is essential: yoga twists, daily walks, and playful dance help energy flow freely, releasing stagnation and lifting our spirits. This season also belongs to the Wood element, a reminder to grow with vision and flexibility. Spring is not just about cleansing the body, but also planting new intentions, nurturing creativity, and moving toward our purpose with clarity.
